watch: "los maderos de san juan" music video

as a child, my grandmother sang me a song called "aserrín aserrán," a children's song that stems from Colombian poet José Asunción Silva's poem "Los Maderos de San Juan."

we took they words from the poem & shook them up for a breakfast tacos special. this is super near & dear to my heart. the video is animated by bradley & gives several visual shout outs to the times of COVID that we've been living in, the op-1, our love of computer & video games, & so much more. see more of bradley's animation work on vimeo here.
